Select this field if you only require a Calibration/Maintenance. By selecting this field, you verify that no error has been identified on the instrument.
Select this option if an error has been identified or suspicion of an error on the instrument. When selecting this option, ensure to add a detailed error description. Please ensure to backup instrument data before returning instruments for repair. In situations where the main board has to be replaced, customer data on the instrument might be lost.
Select this if a quotation is needed, before the service has been performed. By not selecting this, you pre-approve the service and no quotation will be send. One service hour will be charged if a quotation is requested.
Please accept the return policy: The shipment of instrument for service must always include the "RMA number". If quotation needed is selected, the quotation must be accepted or rejected within 6 weeks of receiving the quotation. If not, the defective device will be returned and the quotation fee + shipment fee will be charged.
Please select this if a “Read out before calibration” is needed, before the service will be performed. By not selecting this, you will only have the Read out after calibration on the calibration certificate.
Only select this if your instrument is brand new and you experience a failure during start-up! If you want the instrument back, please also select “Repair of Instrument” above. Express service is offered for an added cost
Only select this if your instrument is recently serviced and you experience a failure just after receiving the instrument. It needs to be shipped back to the service point for the Service Complaint to be evaluated. If the Service Complaint is accepted, the instrument will be repaired free of charge. If the Service Complaint is rejected, repair charges will be invoiced.
